Compared with the developed countries, the informatization manag-ement level of gas station in china is relatively backward. On one hand, the automation degree is still very low: the transaction process is not simple and effective, the capabilities of automated settlement is deficient, manual management and report are ubiquitous; on the other hand, the upervision of purchasing, sales, inventory is not power effectively, the gas station attendants won’t be able to predict unusual phenomenon timely, which will bring economic losses to the gas station. So it is imperative to improve the informationization and automation of gas station.In order to solve the above-mentioned current situation, this thesis chooses "card-machine interlocking" of Sinopec and "card-machine connection" of PetroChina as backdrops, puts forward the "card-machine combined control" system according to the actual requirement of gas station, which realize the new models of controlling tanker by POS. The main research achievement of this thesis are as follows:1. Designed the transaction state transition diagrams of gas station. Based on the detailed analysis of gas station’s business processes, we abstracted six statuses:begin to authorize status, authorization status, withdraw authorization status, end of refueling status, begin to settlement status, end of settlement status, and we designed the transition rules of each status and by which realized the "card-machine combined control" system of gas station which based on IC card. The actual running result shows that the robustness and fault tolerance have been improved.2. Realized real-time monitoring interface of the oil guns, tankers and transaction data in the gas station. We set triggers for tables of which the data changing frequently, the data will be saved into the memcached. Then by using Ajax technology poll the memcached which reduces the pressure of the system and its real time capability can be achieve second level.3. Established alarm model and realized flexible alarm mechanism. The alarm model is made up by data acquisition, alarm rules, alarm engine and alarm occur. Users can define different levels of alarm which are absolutely vital for the staff to realize and responses the unusual phenomenon of gas station.4. The web interface is based on LAMP(Linux+Apache+MySQL+PHP) architecture, which can be used very expediently, and it has hign stability and low cost. Compared with C/S products on WINDOWS system, using B/S mode simplifies the client installation and reduces maintenance costs, better supports for mobile devices such as phones and tablet computers.The system has been installed and used in some gas stations. It works well, the data are accurate and has high real time capability. It greatly improves the service level and work efficiency which provides adequate technical support for managers making scientific decisions.
