With the rapid development of Internet technology,more and more computer programs and system is designed and promoted.High efficiency,intelligence has become an inevitable trend! If you use computers to handle the daily work of the management of personnel,it can be found in the work efficiency and accuracy will be greatly improved,but also has quick search statistics,find convenient,high security,a series of advantages to reduce personnel costs,helping to achieve the standard in the management of the enterprise,scientific and efficient the personnel management system,so the development of enterprises is very necessary.On this basis,for the business enterprise personal management,this topic has designed a personnel management system based on C/S structure,in order to realize the business enterprise personal management efficiency and reduce the manpower cost,finally realizes the high efficiency and scientific management of the enterprise.This article will briefly going over to C/S structure,from requirements analysis,general designed,and system designed to face do detailed analysis and research of the system,and introduced the function of the system implementation.In VS2010 and SQL 2008 data base for development platform,c#code system to debug the system function finally.And briefly introduce the process of system development and the main module.This subject adopts C/S structure,the main information of the employees of the enterprise and the personnel related work flow for centralized management and operation,convenient enterprises to establish a perfect and powerful employee information database.Mainly relying on the computer management has the advantages of manual management which is difficult to watch and admiration,for example the retrieval speed,low error rate,convenient search,high safety performance,large storage capacity,greatly save manpower.These advantages to a great extent,improving the efficiency of the enterprise personnel management,is also a response to the national development strategy,innovation,scientific and standardization management,and to integrate with the world first-class enterprise,is also a necessary condition.The personnel management system based on C/S has been able to better to meet the basic requirement of the management of the development zone,have been basically solved in demand research,this paper analyses the various problems exposed by the personnel management work.Registered users can use,for companies,the system can be improved by some shortages of traditional personnel management mode.Implements the scientific and standardization of the business enterprise personal management,query statistics function of simple and easy to use:age,length of service statistics,or by department of queries are greatly improving the efficiency of management,it is got to ensure correctness.Combined with the development and the current system of the personnel management informatization development situation and the future electronic government affairs information,this paper design the personnel management system still have a lot in many aspects need to place and module system upgrades in the future to perfect constantly.
