In recent years, along with the insurance market becomes more mature, the insurance company has become increasingly competition. The insurance company is relatively high dependence on professional, and the internal human resource management system has started late, the management level has a certain gap between foreign well-know company, it is important for the insurance company to develop a human resource management system which could suitable for the situation of the company. Human resource management system can not only improve work efficiency and management level, but also can increase the cooperation among departments. Human resources management system as support for the company,becomes increasingly important. The existing system exists unclear function division, data processing and statistics functions also have many problem, System upgrade will affect the work.Based on the actual situation of the insurance company, design the whole system. The function module is divided into human resource planning management module, personnel management module, attendance management module, payroll management module, performance management module, training management module. In this paper, on the basis of JAVA platform, I design the human resource management system. To optimize the functions and business processes of each module, to increase the system’s operation and practicability. Both for the convenience of the human resource management, summary, statistics, also can achieve a common staff for human resources information query, complaint and feedback.The system could optimize the existing human resources management system, to facilitate the daily work of human resources management, in scalability, security is full consideration, convenient docking collaboration in group or other system. Although the system remains to be further strengthened in the appearance, stability and so on, but in the practical test, this paper is the development of human resources management system has achieved initial results, to further optimize and strengthen to lay a solid foundation.
