Mobile information literacy education is a kind of way of information literacy education which is based on the common development of internet technology and mobile communication technology,combined with the innovation education of university students.With the arrival of the mobile era,mobile information literacy education has been introduced into the curriculum teaching,and is becoming the future development direction of information literacy education.As an important part of university education,the academic libraries has wealthy information resources,should pay attention to university students mobile information literacy education,mobile teaching platform construction,information literacy education model and other topics of theoretical research and practical application.U niversity students can use mobile communication technology to carry out mobile information literacy education through the embedded classroom,training seminars,MOOC,micro classes and WeChat platform and other models.Finally,this research puts forward the implementation strategy of mobile information literacy education in university library.This research mainly discusses the following five parts:The first part,briefly introduces the background and significance of this research.Based on the literature relate to mobile information literacy education at home and abroad,this study mainly analyzes the development of mobile information literacy education of university students in our country at present,so as to determine the research contents and methods,and finally points out the innovation of this research.The second part,this paper summarizes the basic theory of the concept and elements of information literacy and the way of information literacy education,and then expound the theory of mobile information literacy education in combination with the background of mobile Internet development,mainly introduce the conception and constituent elements of mobile information literacy,and the conception,main features and significance of mobile information literacy education.The third part,the paper analyzes the progress of mobile information literacy education of university libraries at home and abroad,and analyzes the problems exist in the mobile information literacy of university library from the macro and micro perspective.At present,the problems of mobile information literacy education in our country mainly include: Mobile information literacy teaching is still in its infancy,educatio n and training depth is not enough,degree of attention is not enough,lack of librarians mobile information literacy and mobile education interaction and so on.The fourth part,contrary to the problems exist in the mobile information literacy education of university libraries in our country,this paper puts forward the model of mobile information literacy education,such as embedded classroom,training seminars,MOOC,micro classes and WeC hat platform,and makes detailed explanation through relevant cases.The fifth part,combine with the current stage of mobile information literacy education model,this research propose to combined formal education with informal education,depth excavation of mobile literacy education content,enhance the library industry value,improve the librarians mobile information literacy quality and strengthen mobile information literacy education interaction and other specific optimization.Finally,summarized deficiencies and future development of the research.
