In recent years,with the rapid development of digital technology,everyone of us is in the ever-changing information environment,facing huge information resources and uneven information quality,the level of information literacy directly determines whether we can use information more efficiently.The current situation of College Students' information literacy is worrying.Most students do not know how to retrieve literature accurately to get the information they want.The ability of critical reflection on information is not enough.Information cognition,information morality and information ability are difficult to keep up with the development of digital society.College students' information literacy needs to be further improved.The university library undertakes the important task of information literacy education and is the main position of cultivating university students' information literacy.In the regulations on libraries of ordinary institutions of higher learning revised and adopted in2015,it is emphasized that "libraries should attach importance to information literacy education,adopt modern educational technology,and strengthen the construction of information literacy curriculum system".At the same time,university libraries are playing an increasingly important role in information literacy education.University library is the gathering place of information resources and has abundant collection resources,which can support the development of various types of educational activities.At the same time,the teaching methods are very ample and the teaching forms are becoming more and more diversified.It is more operable and convenient to strengthen the information literacy education of college students by taking the library as the carrier,which can effectively promote the information literacy education of college students.The current university library information literacy education ways and means relatively backward,teaching model needs further reform,to explore the optimal path of practice of information literacy education,this article on the basis of the basic theories of pedagogy,combined with the existing research results,selecting the teaching scientific research strength,strong published 13 key university in Hebei province department of education for the investigation,to investigate the present situation of information literacy education of university library,through the research and analysis,found the deficiencies in the process of information literacy education,exploration based on the theory of constructionist,new way of information literacy education of university library,To construct a multi-user and three-dimensional information literacy education system to provide reference for other universities.
