Design And Implementation Of Human Resources Management System For An Independent College

At present,for the leadership of independent colleges,how to effectively manage the internal human resources,so that every faculty and staff can give full play to their initiative,college administrators have to face the challenge.Therefore,the development of a system suitable for independent college human resources management has become one of the important tasks of the college.Based on the actual needs of an independent college,this dissertation designs and develops a system of human resource management suitable for independent colleges based on the idea of software engineering.The system mainly uses Eclipse as a development tool and the open source MySQL database as the background database.The main research works of this dissertation are as follows:1.The current situation of human resources management system at home and abroad was analyzed.Based on the actual needs of an independent college,the development of a human resource management system functional requirements and non-functional requirements are given.2.For the overall design of the system,its main functional modules include personnel information management,job information management,job information management,attendance information management,training information management,title information management,salary information management,contract information management and reward and punishment information management.3.Based on the division of the main functional modules,the time series diagram,use case diagram and E-R diagram are used to describe the system,and the running results and test results of the main core modules are given.From the current test results and test run situation,this system can basically meet the basic needs of human resources management of independent college.
