The level of the human resource management and the means of an enterprise, to a certain extent, has become an indispensable and important component affect the development prospects of the enterprises and institutions,. But today, a large numbers of enterprises are still in the primary stage of "handmade input statements, then input to one machine manually", because there is no database as a strong support, which is becoming a bottleneck that restricting the modernization management in data processing. The more limited schools resources have, the worse the level of modernization of human resources management are. Due to development of the computer and the network, through related computer technology and combinig with database technology, designment of the human resources management system for a modernized school itself is on its imperative way. According to the situation above, combined with the actual situation of my work and knowledge during the period as an institute student, I am goning to study the human resources management system on Huizhou business tourism occupation technical school.According to the importance of modern information to the idea of human resources management and combining the reality of human resources management work in the whole process, I am using B/S as the framework which is basing on the campus network and Internet network, as well as ASP development platform, DREAMWEAVER, related component programming technology, ASP VBSCRIPT programming, SQL Server database technology, IIS platform when in the thought of system design. From those design I am putting forward the requirements from the system design, system development of the two direction and the basic principles on the design target of the system, and introducing the system design and implementation of the whole process.It is proved by practice, the description of modeling methods of Huizhou business tourism school human resources system is practical, feasible. It’s will make great convinience if make human resources management system by this design.
