With the development of Data Acquisition system,high speed acquisition and transmission,parallel processing and real-time analysis are becoming to a new trend.In dealing with the task of a SPARC V8 CPU’s reliability test,it will generate lots of data after sampling by the Data Acquisition system,because of the high-speed and large numbers of signals.However,the traditional method is hard to match the requirement of those high performances.Therefore,it is necessary to design a new type of high speed DAQ system to overcome new challenges.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis provide a new solution,which is an advanced designing based on traditional method combined with three core technology: FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)technology,the PCI Express bus technology and SOPC(System on a Programmable Chip)technology.By introducing FPGA into the DAQ system could increase the flexibility and stability of the system designing.Also,the PCI Express bus could greatly increase the system data transmission bandwidth,as the most advanced computer bus technology.Finally,The SOPC technology could simplify the design of circuit,increase the portability and maintainability of the system,and enhance the interaction between the person and the system.This thesis would mainly analyze the characteristics of the three techniques,and also an argument would be present for the application on high-speed Data Acquisition system.Following points would discuss in detail,including selection principle of the key components,designing principle of hardware circuit,the main implementation method of PHY about PCI-E bus,the advantages and disadvantages of PCI-E bus,the application method of DDR3 cache,the high-speed PCB design principles and methods applied on actual circuit design,analysis the integrity of high-speed signal and the method of simulation etc.Finally,according to the development of SOPC,this thesis would introduce the method of IP Core transplantation and it’s reusing.The method of multi-core cooperative processing also would be discussed in this thesis.Additionally,a detail analysis and designing would be stated for the new DAQ system,combining hardware and software.This thesis aims to integrate those three advanced technologies into high-speed Data Acquisition system,to realize the acquisition system sampling rate,to enhance the ability of data processing and to improve data transmission bandwidth at the same time.Except those functions,this thesis also try to simple system design process made it more flexible,portable,stable,easy to operation and friendly in man-machine interface etc..In the era of big data,the high speed Data Acquisition system with SOPC,FPGA and PCI-E technology would be widely used,and it would be of great significance for the development of industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence.
