The Radio Frequency simulation system is developing to digital radio, high broadband and high data rate direction, so it proposed a high data rate requirements. This paper did a design and analysis with the high-speed data transmission technology for the RF simulation system. And made a big improvement in the data exchange rate for the RF simulation system.After researching and analyzing with various high-speed data transmission technology, this paper puts an emphasis on the system design and analysis of the simulation about the PCIE data transmission. PCIE bus can be configured into variable high-speed data bus width, with a single-duplex data transfer rate up to 5Gbps. The PCIE transmission technology are used to transfer data between the industrial control computer and the broadband digital radio frequency memory (DRFM). This design made a high-speed PCIE bus circuit, and the PCIE / PCI bridge circuit.It also improved the stability of high-speed data transmission through the signal integrity simulation for the high-speed circuit board . Combined with high-speed FPGA device performance, the software part of the system design achieved PCIE user logic functions.The software work with FPGA hard-core to simulate the PCIE’s DMA transfer, interrupt management and power distribution functions. Designing the PCIE user function test system with the help of Xilinx’s Root Port Model Test platform, and simulating the PCIE channel from the system configuration and data transmission. The platform are also used to complete the logical design testing.for the whole system.
