In recent years,the construction of cultural industry has been more and more attention.Publishing house as part of its development,facing a very important problem is how to give full play to the role of human resources.At present,the performance evaluation of many publishing enterprises mainly focuses on the economic benefits of publications,ignoring the social benefits,lack of constructive thinking on performance evaluation and system system.Performance appraisal plays an important role in the development of publishing enterprises.Because of the complexity of the nature of publishing house,it is decided that the manager will inevitably have many difficulties in the performance evaluation of publishing house.The study found that the analysis of performance appraisal is very detailed,but the problem is that the direction of research is very single,both economic benefits and social benefits.The current performance appraisal of the publishing house on employee performance is very scattered,and can not very good reflect the performance of employees.The first part of the paper puts forward the background,significance,methods,ideas and main content of the study.Secondly,through consulting a large number of literatures,the author analyzes the views of domestic and foreign scholars.Then this paper introduces the current performance evaluation scheme of l publishing house,and analyzes in detail,find out the problems existing in the performance evaluation of l publishing house.From the case analysis,gaishe mainly faces the following problems: excessive attention to quantitative assessment and lack of attention to quality,economic and social contradictions,evaluation index is too simple,individual indicators lack of competitiveness,lack of incentives,lack of incentives,staff work lack of initiative,cooperation with issuers is not taken into consideration.Finally,in order to promote the development of enterprises,use the Delphi method,balanced scorecard,incentive theory and other methods to design the performance evaluation index suitable for l press editors and issuers,and establish the performance evaluation optimization scheme in l publishing house.
