In 2015 the government work report,premier Li Keqiang first proposed the formulation of the "Internet +",action plan."Internet + education" is the current focus of attention in the field of education.It is a new form of education.It integrates the mobile Internet and the Internet with education.It realizes the online sharing of educational resources and the profound change of educational model.MOOC,SPOC and other new online courses are the important embodiment of the "Internet + education".They bring new opportunities and challenges to higher education.SPOC for blended learning could combine the advantages of online and offline learning.The online learning allows learners to learn at their own pace and meets the different needs of learners.The offline learning can increase learners' infiltration of learning experiential.At present,although there is some research on the SPOC curriculum design for blended learning,there is not a set of SPOC curriculum design model for blended learning to guide the design and construction of SPOC.After elaborating of the connotation and structure of SPOC,the definition of blended learning and its influence on SPOC curriculum design,this paper focuses on the building of the instructional design model of SPOC for blended learning.This model is divided into four phases,which are pre-phase analysis,the core phase of instructional design,evaluation design phase and modification phase.Then,taking the"Information Security" course as an example,this paper applies the instructional design model of SPOC for blended learning.Finally,this paper compares the effectiveness of the SPOC for blended learning and the traditional teaching.This study provides ideas and methods for the design of SPOC for blended learning and provides reference for SPOC teaching in colleges.
