With the advancement of information technology and the advent of the Internet age,education and information technology have become increasingly close,multimedia teaching has gradually been widely used in schools,and school education has become more and more informatized.The combination of traditional teaching and informatization in schools has become the general trend,The formation of a more complete and optimized new teaching model is an important way to promote the progress and development of my country's education.Under the influence of MOOC,SPOC came into being and gradually attracted the attention of scholars in many teaching fields.The application of SPOC to physical education in colleges and universities has also received more attention from scholars.Under the SPOC blended teaching,online preview,offline classroom learning and online review,the three links are interrelated and complementary to each other,and jointly build a coherent teaching link before class,during class,and after class.This research applies traditional teaching and SPOC mixed teaching in the limited elective course of badminton in Shanghai Sport University in the control class and experimental class respectively,aiming to explore students' mastery of badminton theoretical knowledge and basic technology under the SPOC mixed teaching And the impact of SPOC blended teaching on students' learning effects,and further explore the differences in teaching effects between SPOC blended teaching and traditional teaching.Using literature data method,mathematical statistics method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and other research methods,the SPOC blended teaching is applied to the limited selection of badminton in Shanghai Institute of Sport as the research object,and the two types of limited selection of badminton for the2019 undergraduates of Shanghai University of Sport are used as the research object.A total of 30 girls in each class were the experimental subjects.Under the premise of consistent teaching content,the control class adopts traditional teaching for badminton teaching,and the experimental class adopts SPOC mixed teaching for badminton teaching,and conducts a 12-week teaching experiment.During the experiment,the two classes arranged pre-test,mid-test and post-test with the same content.After the experiment,the independent sample T test and the paired sample T test were used as the main statistical methods for comparative analysis of the test results measured in the experiment,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.The full integration of online learning and offline classrooms of SPOC blended teaching is more conducive to helping students understand and master the theoretical knowledge of badminton.2.Both SPOC blended teaching and traditional teaching have improved the basic quality of students' badminton to a certain extent.Among the two basic qualities of5 runs on the left and right sides and the front and back shot of the ball,the improvement effect of SPOC mixed teaching is more significant.3.Both SPOC blended teaching and traditional teaching help students learn the two badminton techniques of sending a high ball and hitting a long shot from the backcourt,but the SPOC blended teaching has a more obvious role in promoting students' learning of badminton techniques.4.Compared with traditional teaching in SPOC blended teaching,there is no obvious difference in the five aspects of students' exercise attitude,target attitude,behavior cognition,behavior habit,and behavior intention.However,SPOC blended teaching has played a certain role in improving students' emotional experience,behavioral control and subjective standards.
