With the wide application of blended learning, some new learning mode appeared. The MOOC(massive open online course) and SPOC(small private online course) as the new typically learning model have received extensive attention. These learning models can support the blended learning better. The popular online learning platforms, such as Blackboard, Learning Space, Virtual Moodle, etc., can meet the needs of online teaching and learning well. However in the online learning platform because of the temporal separation of teachers and learners, it is difficult to realize the advantages of traditional interactive teaching. In order to make the teaching process smoothly and improve the quality of teaching and learning, it is particularly important to introduce the mechanism of learning monitoring-online testing system. A new online test model is put forward based on the analyzing the existing online test system which does not support test results feedbacks and provide personalized learning services, and some work has been done to validate and implement the model proposed in this article.Firstly, an online testing model supporting for MOOC-SPOC is put forward. This model not only can fully detect the effect of learning, guide learners to precede the next step learning, improve learning efficiency, but also can feedback the learning process and results to teachers, let teachers accurately grasp the problems existing in the learning process and answer the puzzle of learners.Secondly, an online testing model supporting for MOOC-SPOC was devised and implemented. The popular J2EE framework was choosed to analyze and implement the typical activities, such as the establishment of question database, the formation of examination papers, the testing process, the feedback of test and so forth. In order to prevent illegal users’ access to the system and meet the demand of different users, this article uses an extended role based access control which supports multi-level authorization management to ensure the safety of software system.Finally, this article validated the online testing model by applying the model to the "software engineering" course platform of electronic services and software center of Shaanxi Normal University. The application results show that the online testing model proposed can reflect the learning effect well, and use the feedback to promote learners learn well, help teachers grasp learning situation of the learners, adjust the teaching plan, so as to enhance the learners’learning effect comprehensively.
