Learning behavior analysis is a lot of data analysis which produced by students in the learning process to evaluate the academic progress of students, predict the future performance of students, find the students’behavior habits. MOOC exposed a lot of problems during the rapid development. And then, SPOC which more fit for the higher education teaching was born. It narrows the scope of groups, using the principle of limited access, applying online and offline teaching method through flip-classroom.In addition, in the wave of big data driven, creating an enthusiasm for the seemingly limitless data-driven possibilities to affect advances in learning and enhance the learning experience has become a new way of learning behavior. In September 2013, Central China Normal University applied the Cloud Classroom based on SPOC to the teaching environment. The data of this paper comes from the Cloud Classroom and explains it.This paper takes the learning analysis as the main line. Study the relevant theoretical and practical issues from the view of the standard of online education data collection, the storage and processing of large data, data visualization and so on. The main research is as follows:(1) Illustrates the current development of online education and education data. In the common urging of both, this paper puts forward that the research directions of the traditional learning should be transformed. It should study learning analysis with the help of the power of technology.(2) Determine the Cloud Classroom as the data source. By analyzing the characteristics of the Cloud Classroom and comparing the SCORM specification and the xAPI specification, choice the xAPI as the specification finally. Then establish the student behavior model and determine which data need to be collected.(3) Build a generic big educational data collection and processing platform based on the current mainstream of big data processing platform which combining the advantages of Hadoop and MongoDB. Deal with the collected data using the platform. Realize the function of insertion and query based on the REST service.(4) Analysis of the learning behavior of the students based on the collected data. The online of collected data for analysis is the traditional teaching can’t be done. This paper mainly analysis the data of Cloud Classroom and forum. Then visualize the result to the students, teachers and education administrators.The main innovations of this paper as follows. The researches on analysis of learning mainly stay at the theoretical stage that due to the lack of data. This paper established the general education big data distributed storage and processing platform. That can provide service interface and collect the data cross different platforms or clients which provides good data base for learning analysis. Analyze the data from SPOC which is very rare.
