SPOC videos are important learning resource in the teaching mode based on SPOC and flipped classrooms.Teachers need to know the difficulty and importance of SPOC videos for students at different knowledge levels,as well as the learning behavior features of different types of students.Thus,teachers can carry out flipped classroom teaching with pertinence.In order to help teachers understand the difficulty and importance of SPOC videos for students at different knowledge levels,and analyze the learning behavior features of different students,this thesis proposes a SPOC video classification and student' video learning behavior analysis approach based on learning data.First of all,we propose a video classification approach based on student clustering and process mining technology.Students are clustered based on knowledge levels through question answering data.According to the video learning data of students in different clusters,process mining technology is used to mine the process model of video learning behavior of each student clusters.Meanwhile,the analysis approach of video difficulty and importance based on the process model is proposed to obtain SPOC video difficulty and importance for students at different knowledge levels.Secondly,we propose an analysis approach of student video learning behavior based on SPOC learning data.Based on five time dimensions,the learning behavior of different types of students at different times is analyzed,and the learning behavior features of each type of students and the time factors that affect the learning effect are found.Experiments based on the real data of SPOC platform show that the video features obtained by the proposed approach are highly correlated with the evaluation results of the video difficulty and importance,and the video features can reflect the students' subjective evaluations of the videos.At the same time,the analysis approach of students' video learning behavior can provide suggestions not only for teachers to improve teaching strategies,but also for students to improve their learning.
