With the rapid development of China's economy,energy consumption is increasing,and the contradiction between energy and environment is becoming more and more prominent.At the same time,the pace of urbanization in China is accelerating,and the energy consumption of urban buildings is more serious.According to statistics,power consumption occupies a large proportion in total energy consumption of the whole society,and the energy consumption of public buildings is the main energy consumption.How to reduce power consumption effectively while the national economy is developing has become an important topic in the whole society.With the continuous development of science and technology,computer technology,communication technology and Internet technology continues to progress.It is possible to makes use of these techniques to solve the problem of electric energy consumption of buildings.Using the above techniques to collect and deal with the power consumption data of public buildings,It is possible to alarm and handle the area or equipment of abnormal electricity.So it can reduce the power consumption effectively.The power consumption collection and control system is studed.The thesis focuses on the research and development of the centralized data processing platform for the system.The main work includes the analysis,design,implementation and testing for the platform.The main contents are as follows.1.Analyze the related technologies involved in system research and development.2.Analyze the requirements of the system,including: the development feasibility,the overall requirements,the use case,the system objectives and the operating environment.3.Design the overall function module structure of the system and the functions of each sub-module.Design the system database,including: the entity set design,the entity-relationship(ER)diagram design and the data table design4.Realize the functions of the system,including system homepage,real-time monitoring,abnormal alarm,energy consumption statistics,system maintenance and regional state.The flow chart and key codes of each module are introduced.5.Test the above system.Introduce software test method,test environment and test plan.Complete functional testing and performance testing,and evaluate test results.Finally,analyze the direction of further improvement for the system,and present the work of further extension of system function.The system has the following characteristics: 1.real-time collection and statistics of power consumption of electrical equipment or regions;2.Early warning of the equipment or regions that exceed the preset value of power consumption data;3.Visual processing of historical data of electrical equipment or regions.The above system has been realized and has been applied in practice.It has played a positive role in reducing the energy consumption of building power,and has produced good social and economic benefits.
