Design And Development Of 3D Model And Data Document Integration And Sharing Management System Based On CREO

With the rapid development of our country industry,the enterprise enters into the era of network and information.The enterprise resource can be effectively managed,integrated and shared to improve the efficiency and quality of work.In this paper,an implementation method about the integration sharing of CREO 3D model and correlative documents is proposed to realize the standardization and systematic of the 3D model of standard parts and general parts,and to solve the problems about the efficiency and quality of 3D model sharing and components model assembly interference.This method is a subsystem of structure department.This system consists of the 3D model library's plug-in based on CREO and 3D model and associated document management system based on Web.C/S terminal Model library's plug-in is used to search and load 3D model object,to extract the parameter information and upload load 3D model object to the model library server.The management system based on B/S framework is developed to search,browse,load and manage the 3D model object library and structural design knowledge document library.This paper focuses on analyzing and studing the integration and sharing of 3D model and correlative documents.Firstly,on the basis of studying the current situation of 3D model library and document management system at home and abroad,combined with the practical application requirements of enterprise structure design department,this paper expounds the function requirements and system model,and analysis the internal structure and implementation methods of the system in detail through the UML modeling and system structure framework.The system framework of Web Service + Client Service Structure is put forward.Secondly,ASP.NET MVC4 framework of management system,JSON-based Ajax asynchronous interactive technology and Jquery EasyUI front-end framework are introduced;Pro / Toolkit API + MFC CREO secondary development key technology,database access technology and FTP file transfer technology are used at C/S client terminal.Then,the detailed realization of the specific logic of the function modules of the system is explained.Furthermore,according to the requirements of visualization operation,the main interface of each function module of the system is introduced.Finally,this paper summarizes the whole structure and the law of this paper,Preview the contents of future extensions.and the imperfect place of existing system found in the development process is pointed out as well.
