The Research On Integration Of Digital Manufacturing Workshop Management System

With the rapid development of science and technology, information technology anddigital technology has been widely applied in the manufacturing sector. Especially inenterprise management, information technology and digital construction is beinggradually implemented, and has gained great achievement. However, due to theconstruction of enterprise information technology is not a complete, and it is also usedin a wide variety of systems, therefore，it brings new difficulties to exchange databetween them. In order to successfully implement an enterprise informationconstruction, We must solve the overlapping and differences of data between thevarious systems, and The integration between different systems is an effective way tosolve these problems.The thesis which combined with a company’s actual production process studies theintegration between the different workshop management systems, on the basis of thedomestic system integration research and analysis. Firstly, the thesis introduces thesystem integration of the background and commonly used techniques such as WebService, XML and database interfaces.Secondly, the thesis identifies the contents ofsystem integration, database interface technology and system integration design throughthe production process and integration of related technology analysis and research. Thenthe company’s production plant for each specific business processes and businessrelationship, were integrated analysis and design of machine shop, assembly shop,corporate ERP systems, and quality management systems and other systems.Finally, we adopt an integrated approach chosen to complete the development andimplementation of various integrated functional modules,and the integration system isdemonstrated and run in the enterprise.Through system integration, it is not only tomaintain the integrity of the original program, but also to achieve the data exchange andsharing between different departments within the enterprise.
