Design And Development Of 3D Model Library System Based On CREO

With the rapid development of Internet,big data and AI technology,the industry of China is undergoing transformation and upgrading.Through the integration of information technology and real economy,network technology's management and integration of enterprise resources can effectively improve industrial quality and production efficiency.In order to win the market,enterprises need to customize the enterprise version for specific needs.In this paper,in view of the use of parts in a manufacturing enterprise,a method of sharing part model and related document information based on CREO is proposed,and a complete set of parts based on database system,CREO application system environment and Web based information management system is developed.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)In parts library system,using Ftp file transfer protocol to storage the three dimensional parts and components,to configure parameters of parts and components of the model in the CREO environment,through the secondary of development excuse,to realize automatically extract parts,components,parameter information and component level relationship information,and write the extracted information into the corresponding data table.In the part storage process,we need to store part model's parameter information,associated document and 3D entity model's picture in the corresponding location of Ftp server,so that the Web can read the data to display in the page.(2)In the part library application system,using search query function to retrieve required parts,preview 3D entity models,download models and related documents to local ones,and directly insert parts into assemblies in CREO environment.The Web information management of part library system is realized by using ASP.NET framework and jQueryUI plug-in technology.The integrated management of model,file and user is realized at the end of the web.(3)With the help of the two times of development of CREO Pro/Toolkit API,SQL database technology,FTP transmission technology,MFC technology and jQuery EasyUI dialog webtechnologyetc,the parts library management and information system based on CREO is developed.It is used in the production of enterprises,and achieved good results.The establishment of 3D part library realizes the standardization and unification of enterprise standard parts and universal parts,and solves the information island phenomenon of enterprise parts model.
