A Case Study Of Industry Finance Integration Based On ZTE's Financial Sharing Service Center Mode

With the development of economy and globalization,more and more enterprises need to expand themselves,seize the market,in order to improve their competitive position in the society.The expansion of the enterprise needs complex merger and reorganization activities,which will make the group enterprises face complex business model.This kind of business model leads to some problems,such as the poor integration of various branches,the difficulty of establishing unified financial standards,the difficulty of the core management of the enterprise in mastering the operation of the subordinate companies,the waste of resources and so on.In order to deal with these problems effectively,group enterprises urgently need a complete and unified financial management model.The traditional financial management mode is gradually expanding,and the regional dispersion is gradually increasing,the difficulty of financial control is gradually increasing,and the financial sharing service center mode is a good solution to this problem.At the same time of enterprise expansion,it also brings another problem: business decentralization and low management efficiency.This will cause the cost of enterprises in the process of operation to keep rising,the profitability to become poor,and the operational risk and financial risk to improve,which is what group enterprises are not willing to see.So,how to control the business process from the financial point of view has become an urgent problem for enterprises.Therefore,we have introduced the mode of industry finance integration.By implementing the organic integration of business and finance,enterprises can make the financial work penetrate into all aspects of the business process to deal with and guide the business work.Financial information plays a management function in the business process.Taking ZTE as an example,based on strategic management theory,core competence theory,organization flattening theory and information asymmetry theory,this paper makes an in-depth study on the content of industry finance integration under the financial sharing mode.This paper introduces the existing research results of Financial Sharing Mode and industry finance integration,makes a simple discussion on their cross research,expounds the connotation,characteristics and promotion methods of industry finance integration under the financial sharing mode,formulates a relatively complete evaluation system according to its characteristics,analyzes and evaluates the industry finance integration under the financial sharing mode implemented by ZTE,and puts forward some suggestions on the use of financial sharing mode are given.
