Enterprise Alliance is a new trend along with the global development of enterprise , the actual enterprise model can't content the demand of this trend better, model open and sharing are becoming the keystones in enterprise model study. Under the background, this paper analyzes these enterprise model questions such as model sharing mechanism, management and combination of dynamic model.At the beginning, this paper works over the model sharing-the corequestion of enterprise model, analyzing the problems of current model sharing. Combined with the technology predominance of XML and Web Service, the XML and Web Service based model sharing mechanism is put forward; model distributing , relax coupling and the cooperation sharing are realized.Secondly, on the bedrock of studying model sharing, the paper solves the model integration problems during the process that the close model systems form Enterprise Alliance. It makes a global design of the enterprise model integration based on XML and Web Service sharing mechanism. The paper studies the management of integration model chiefly: (1)designs the issue center of integration model, solves the message issue question of distributing model; (2)for suiting the dynamic and unstable environment of Enterprise Alliance, devises the model dynamic combination technique which improves the system's stability.Finally, aiming at the universal deficiencies of current enterprise model system whose integrated ability is bad, flexibility is poor, interoperability is not very well, the model system answering for the open and integrative is advanced, combined with the study fruit of model sharing and management mechanism of integration model.
