Design And Development Of Resource Integration Framework System Based On CREO Parts Library

In order to realize the integration and sharing of parts resources,it is a effective way to solve problems by embody knowledge reuse idea,shorten design cycle,improve production efficiency and establish qualified parts library.The parts library stores the commonly used standard parts,customization and parts related information in engineering,and integrates and share parts information with users with modern data management technology,so as to improve product efficiency and innovation level.The thesis has two CREO development technology,modeling technology,network components and network communication service service,database technology,the paper analyzes the basic function of the system,the framework of CREO parts library resources based on the in-depth research and development.The main tasks include:(1)through the principles of system design,the functional design contents of the data source module,the front end design module,the client function design module and the function management module are analyzed in detail,which lays a solid foundation for the development of the part library system.(2)from the technical level,we need to analyze the key technologies needed for the development of parts library,and mainly introduce database technology,CREO two development technology,Active X component technology,network communication technology,dynamic link library technology and so on.(3)a detailed analysis of the specific logic implementation of each functional module is made,including modeling method,model input and output,preview and download of model and file,part library system development mode,Role Based Privilege Management and part library feedback system.(4)according to the requirements of the functional modules of the system,the design principle of the visual interface in the part library system is elaborated in detail.
