With the rapid development of internet technology, to a great extent, it provides more opportunities and a new broader space for the development of computer-aided design. Designers create a few rich three-dimensional product models with inspiration, which models are producted by business and widely spreaded by internet technology. At the same time, it also brings new challenges. How to effectively manage, label, share and reuse these models, fully protecting these important intellectual resources and playing its role in the extension becomes more and more necessary and urgent. It is easier and faster to construct a new model based on the original model design.This article is focused on this point, proposing the design and development of the 3D model management system based on local mark.According to current problems, this thesis is mainly focused on working these following aspects:(1) In the preparation of this thesis, we research and analyze the current status of the 3D model image storage and the application of 3D model based on semantic, content and multi-label. And clarify the significance of developing the system. Using the use case method of UML to describe the system functional requirements, the system is mainly involved three roles: Ordinary members, senior members, administrators.(2) According to the actual demand analysis and the existing problems, combined with the characteristics of content annotation and multi-label marking. Local mark function module is raised. Which is also the core function module of the system. Designers put the geometric information which is about intention and function into a 3D model image, while the 3D model image can maintain the designing information in the repository to help designers understand the designing intention and modeling knowledge better, facilitating the reuse of the model as well.(3) The system adopts a relatively lightweight language node.js and flexible web development framework express, in order to achieve local annotation function module of the system adopts currently popular visualization tools D3.js, a large number of model image is storaged by the powerful MySQL database and qiniu cloud storage.In this paper, we design and develop the system. Which not only can make more people enjoy the convenience 3D model database, but also it is helpful to improve the ability, efficiency of the designers and the level of reused models.Through testing the system, relevant functions have been completed, which has a strong practical value and practical significance.
