With the development of 5G communication and the Internet of Things,as a very important basic connector in the field of communication,the market demand for high-speed cables has grown rapidly,and its stability and attenuation have become increasingly strict.Therefore,the development of a general high-speed cable parametric modeling software has extremely important engineering significance and engineering application value for the high-speed cable production industry.The parametric modeling method has been successfully applied in many industries,but there are few researches on the parametric modeling of new high-speed cables.In-depth research was carried out,and a parametric modeling system for high-speed cables was designed and implemented.The size and components of the generated model were controlled by parameters,and the effectiveness of parametric modeling was verified by CST microwave simulation.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)By analyzing the actual needs of a cable company,a set of general high-speed cable 3D model construction aided design system to be developed is systematically planned;all cable types and structural characteristics of the company are investigated,reasonably divide the cable assembly into several parameters,and finally decompose the requirements into three modules.First,the modules are divided based on the functions of high-speed cables,and the functional structures of the three types of high-speed cables are decomposed from top to bottom,eight basic components are obtained,and the components of the three types of general-purpose high-speed cables are analyzed.The key methods and technology selection for the realization of cable parameterization,three modules of the parametric design system are obtained: function package library,human-computer interaction processing module,and model parts management module.After comprehensive analysis of modeling technology,Creo The secondary development kit Pro/Toolkit is the parametric modeling method,Qt is the human-computer interaction interface development platform,and Visual Studio2015 is the programming platform.(2)Based on the Qt graphical interface App development framework,create a high-speed cable parameterized interactive interface,and display the core code and graphical interface of the UI interface;secondly,based on the C/C++ programming language and Creo’s Pro/Toolkit secondary development kit for high-speed cables The modeling function of the cable is written,and the function package library is obtained by decomposing the high-speed cable modeling process into single steps and the core code is given.Finally,the single-step functions are combined to realize the modeling of each component of the high-speed cable and display the modeling.the result of.(3)Based on the theory of cable module design and cable parametric modeling,combined with QT interface creation technology and Pro/Toolkit secondary development technology,a high-speed cable parametric modeling system was created to realize 5G cable parameters.The realization of the user interface of parametric modeling and cable parametric modeling module.The style and design of each cable module such as straight core,winding core,insulator,wrapping,braid,and sheath are unified in the modeling system,and the initialization and use process of the software are introduced.The practical application of the modeling system,such as cables,differential cables,and twisted pair cables,fully verifies that the Creo-based cable parametric modeling software developed in this paper can support the generation of 3D models of several types of cables and support design parameters.Input,and stable performance,to meet the needs of enterprises.(4)Study the application of CST microwave simulation on high-speed cables,introduce the software simulation algorithm and analyze the high-speed cable simulation test project,simulate its electrical characteristics and test the cable insertion loss SDD21,and obtain the basic type of cable.The insertion loss values of cables at different frequencies meet the typical values,which fully verifies that the model constructed by the high-speed cable parameterization software constructed in this paper is effective and meets the technical requirements of the enterprise.
