Performance Management System Of The Agricultural Bank Of Wuhou Branch Staff

Political corruption is able to be exposed to the public in recent years, thanks to the disclosure of office information and financial affairs of government agencies. At the same time, enterprises also have enhanced their competitiveness gradually as the development of informationization. Considering that banking is now confronted with timing of reform, it is worthy to seize the opportunity of informationization and informationize traditional banking business. In terms of management within banks themselves, it will play an active role in cutting costs and improve efficiency by applying this technology to internal performance management system.In this paper, we first introduce the existing performance management system of WuHou branch of Agricultural Bank of China (ABC), then analyze its business requirements, and finally design and accomplish a complete new employee management and performance evaluation system. Specifically, we transform and optimize the technical architecture and database of the old system, draw data flow diagrams, assign functions of different parts and set permissions accordingly, and design the specific functions of five modules of the system. Furthermore, this system consists of five modules and they are in charge of foreground data browsing, foreground parameters configuration, foreground performance record input, performance evaluation report management and background data respectively. The system finally takes shape after the implementation of above procedures and we are able to accomplish this system after corresponding tests of all modules.The test results show that this system owns a significant advantage in stability. Moreover, equipped with simple operation logic and satisfactory performance, this system can match the requirements of evaluating employee performance for banks.
