System user is a merchant company with a range of suppliers, and has their own data warehouses and long-term logistics partners. As the procurement business of the company increasingly complex, Sales forecasting and stocking become a very important issue.Currently all kinds of stocking rely on labor exporting sales data, calculating with Excel.This method of stocking wastes time and with this method, sales forecasting is single, so it can`t make effectively sales forecast, calculate stocking and monitor inventory.Especially for overseas stocking, the backup volume is too small leads to stock-outs occur frequently, affecting customer experience.In this context, I participated in the development of the company's internal product stocking system. The system is designed to all kinds of daily stocking standardized, systematic, reduce manual operations, and improve stocking efficiency.The project is based on B/S model, using Eclipse and My SQL for database design in the design phase of development tools and the front page design. Besides, in detail design stage to use java web technology and standard SQL language on the coding of the system,and in the final I use black box testing technology to test the function and the structure of the system so that I can ensure the system could have good interoperability,maintainability, functional integrity. The system provides users with sufficient information and quick inquiry method, overcome the flaws of traditional artificial way management have been, make more effective management of equipment management. the system greatly reduces the work pressure of the staff and provides many methods for calculating stocking,according to the actual situation,the staff can choose different Stocking algorithms to calculate stocking for improve the efficiency of stocking.
