Design And Development Of Cotton Goods Inventory Management System Based On C/S Structure

In the process of China's rapid development of economy,the demand of the inventory management is increasing.The rationality of the inventory management and applicability directly affect the inventory backlog,the flow amount and the speed of capital turnover.Operators could improve inventory management in order to strike a balance between the business risk and the capital liquidity.As one part of computer,inventory management system based on C/S application have many incomparable advantages to manage large inventory information.The advantage include large storage,easy to modify,retrieves,the search rapidly convenient.Inventory management system could reduce the manpower,improve the efficiency of inventory management and enhance the international competitiveness of the company.Considering the requirements of overall company inventory management and the practical characteristics of cotton goods,the paper is applied to the key development technology such as C #,LINQ,MVC,UML,C/S architecture.The paper finally finish the design of the system login such as in/outbound,query function and so on.Operations should input or output inventory informations daily,then convenient query and analysis informations in order to optimization of inventory management.In the in/outbound module,the warehouse worker finish daily work and update the information of inventory system according to the actual business.In the query function module,the system automatically calculate the total quantity of inventory in a certain period of time.If the inventory quantity is less than the outbound number,the outbound will be uncompleted.The business and administrator will plan a new procurement to maintain optimal inventory level,combined with market sales situation and market trend.The development of this system have satisfied the need of cotton goods inventory management effectively,maintain a reasonable and stable inventory,improve the working efficiency and have achieved good results in the actual bussiness.
