With the rapid development of computer technology,the information of inventorymanagement has become an inevitable trend.However,the majority of our businessobsolete inventory management,low efficiency,resulting in a serious backlogofinventory,high inventory costs.Therefore,this paper takes some axle enterprise as theresearch object,the research and development for the inventory management systemwhich is suitable for the enterprise.Based on the optimization of the original enterprisemanagement process,management methods and so on,the inventory information wascomprehensively and effectively managed,improve the working efficiency of thestaff,Improve inventory management level of enterprises,enhance their ability to adaptto the market and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises by using theinventory management information system.In this paper, multi-variety and small-batch production manufacturing enterprise asthe research object, analysis of the current stage of situation ofthis type ofmanufacturing enterprise inventory management,according to the need of enterprisesbuild the inventory management information system.Firstly, the division of functionmodules of the enterprise,can be divided into four basic modules which isinfrastructuremodule, document management module, business management module, query statisticsmodule of, the safety management and user management functions,export printingfunction,multi condition query and other functions can be also designed.Secondly, theestablishment of information model, mainly analyzes the processof system operation,based on the original process on its unreasonable parts are optimized, reduces the complexity of the system, improve the accuracy of the system.Finally determined thenetwork system structure and programming techniques which used in the constructionof the system. According to the production characteristics of the multi-variety andsmall-batch enterprise,putting forward the point of zero inventory management andoptimal inventory management under random supply disruption.Through the algorithmof discrete Hopfield neural network to obtain the optimal solution ofinventory,implement thepurpose whic has inventory amount at the appropriate timeandno inventory excess.By solving the best safety inventoryof each position and theoptimal number of transport between two positions when supply disruption occurs tocarry on the optimization to the inventory management, the best strategy of theoptimization is to find the cost of the desired minimum value of these three kind of costwhich is shortage cost, holding cost, transportation cost.The application of inventory management information system indicates that:thesystem from development to put into use, operation is good, has the good benefit,achieved the expected goals, implement the informatization of inventorymanagement,not only reduce the work load of people staff, greatly improve theefficiency of the staff;also implements the sharing of data, improve the utilization rateof the data and greatly improve the inventory management level of the enterprise,enhance the enterprise market influence.
