Oriented Erp Inventory Management Inventory Optimal Control Realization

In the market competition, problems such as how to control the cost and improve the customers' satisfaction are with which enterprises are faced. The way enterprises solve these problems is that enterprise must have the ability to make quick response to a continuous change in the market. To survive and develop, enterprise should be competitive in the fields of improving the quality of products and service, especially setting effective ERP system.The thesis takes excavator enterprise's ERP system's purchase-sales-inventory management software for research target, investigates domestic excavator enterprise's present conditions and problems. Combine the implementation of ERP system's purchase-sales-inventory management of K Company, the thesis has carried out detailed design for inventory management, and has analyzed the process flow of return management. The thesis has given the model based on J2EE of K Company, environment and network architecture.It is the utmost potential channel for enterprise to increase profits through the way to lower the costs in inventory management. If the inventory control is not done well, it will cause a large amount of funds to be occupied and used, and relevant manage costs to increase, the quality of inventory management itself has an influence on the competition of enterprise. In the thesis, I have researched the case of domestic inventory, and made good use of the ABC classified-control method. Based on the inventory controlling mode of classical service level, I calculated the economic order quantity, put forward the solve schemes and proposed the tentative plans of inventory from angle of supply chain management.The thesis is a research paper about optimizing inventory management and the implementation of ERP system's purchase-sales-inventory management of excavator enterprise, to give a sample to domestic's excavator enterprise's ERP system. The research methods and improvement measures in the paper have reference value to some extent for other similar enterprises.
