The current human resources management an important issue is the salary system to establish and perfect,despite the world many scholars have on this issue are extensive and in-depth research,but for the compensation of the newspaper and other institutions and related theory is not much.An English newspaper office as a business unit business newspaper,according to an English newspaper in recent years development and system construction situation is analyzed in this paper,the internal human resources management is still adhere to the business unit management mode,and therefore did not establish and development units in line with the actual situation of the salary system,it has also become the shackles of an English newspaper office better development of a prominent problem.In this study,in an English newspaper office as an example,in the process of integrated use of the literature method,empirical method and other research methods,through to wages theory and motivation theory,a comprehensive and systematic study,and take this as the research tool of modern compensation management development status and related system made a in-depth analysis and research,find out the deficiencies and problems in current English newspaper current compensation mechanism and system,and presents a series of construction design plan and way of thinking,and its implementation is extremely relevant supporting measures were clearly described in the lead to these problems the reason to carry on the comprehensive and systematic analysis.Design the system of broadband salary system,salary system,bonus system and welfare system.And puts forward the implementation of the broadband salary system in a certain English newspaper,the main measures are the introduction of broadband pay communication mechanism,the construction of the double growth ladder,the increase of the hidden reward function of the design of broadband pay.I hope this research can help an English newspaper to attract excellent talents and improve the economic benefits,and to improve employee job satisfaction and achieve personal career planning help.
