Design And Implementation Of The Standardized Management System For Small Hydro Power Stations

Large hydropower stations have begun to use all kinds of production operation management system, and play an important role in the process of production management and equipment, but for small hydropower station, hydropower station adopts direct mode of large and medium-sized hydropower station and part of the cascade development, system has complex structure, hardware and software configuration requirements, the investment and operation cost the problem of high,according to the operation characteristics of small hydropower station, designed to meet the software system of small hydropower station standardization management. In this paper, the functional design of small hydropower station standardization management system detailed description and implementation of the system, the design method,principle, technical route and key technology, implementation difficulties and main research contents are analyzed. The standardization management system of small hydropower station takes JAVAEE as the software development tool, using MYSQL as the system data base. The software adopts the B/S system structure, and uses the MVC design pattern to realizeSmall hydropower station standardization management system mainly realizes the functions of asset management, including hydropower station building management,materials management, production operation and equipment management;implementation of the data management functions, including maintenance management system, technical archives, personnel information data management and information;realize the staff training management functions, including staff training project management module, training management function, training exam management,training information management function; the daily work management function, realize the operation and management of equipment maintenance function, management function, logistics management function, office management function, financial management and other functions; at the same time, the implementation of security management functions, including system management, organization management,personnel management, financial management, materials management and other functions, at the same time, the Department of System management functions, including organization and management, system settings management and user management functions.Standard management system of small hydropower station is designed in this paper,to improve the efficiency of national expansion and has an important role to obtain high investment benefit, to realize the significance of small hydropower station and standardization, information of their management, is an important way to achieve downsizing size.The realization of small hydropower station standardization management system,reduce staff daily workload, reduce the operation rate of failure, at the same time, the system adopt the standardization process, ensure the production :management process control, improve the level of safe operation of equipment, to achieve a small water power station safety management of standardization and informationization.
