The main research direction of this paper is the progress plan and control for the software project.The progress of the project planning and control as one of the three major elements of project management,has become a field of management an integral part of modern project management.Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Limited by Share Ltd is currently trading information system has been in use for many years,has been difficult to meet the requirements of the company continue to enhance the management,has become one of the bottlenecks in the business development of the company.Therefore,the company decided to implement the integrated project information in the new trade system as soon as possible,and strive in a short period of time will be completed and put into use project integration.Trade of new information systems need not only covers all functions of existing systems,but also must meet the company more new management and business needs.According to the project time and heavy task,the surrounding environmental characteristics such as complex software system,explored the project plan and control deeply,in order to management theory and technology of modern applied science projects,ensure that the project according to the schedule of the implementation of the plan and the project results be delivered to users.The main work of this thesis includes the following:(1)In the basic work of decomposition,distribution,work responsibility,work relation sort time estimation of Xinxing Pipes of software project,the integrated use of program evaluation and review technique,critical path method,Gantt chart method for project management technology,the preparation of a progress plan of Xinxing Pipes project,and find out the critical work path of the project.(2)For Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes project built the project schedule control system and project schedule risk factors analysis,provides the system and schedule risk response plan guarantee for the progress control of project implementation process.(3)In the process of project progress tracking,according to the actual progress of collected data,comparing,actual and planned progress analysis,on the basis of the adjustment and optimization of the schedule,take measures to ensure that each phase of the project completed on schedule.
