Beijing Gehua CATV Network Co.Ltd Information Mechanism Rectification Project Schedule Management Research

This paper,in the context of Beijing Gehua CATVNetwork Co.Ltd information mechanism rectification project,under the guidance of the theory of Project Progress Management in PMBOK,combines Project Progress Management with Project Construction Process and studies the optimum schedule and effective control of this project.In order to provide specific guidance for similar information construction projects in the future,the article analyzes and discusses about the current situation and problems in Gehua CATV Network Information Room Rectification Project.Based on the introduction of the whole project,by means of the establishment method of the project schedule,the article completes a preliminary schedule formation of Gehua CATV Network Information Room Rectification Project.The article,completing the formation by WBS,Network Plan Chart and the Gantt chart,carries out a series of optimization of the schedule plan.In the process of project implementation,according to the actual situation,the article provides effective controls and guarantees for the project.Meanwhile,it also optimizes the schedule to make the whole project schedule more reasonable and controllable.
