Secondly, according to the actual project, we puts forward the whole controlproject of hierarchical control and highlight the key and discussed them. Then we applied thefront method and banana curve comparison method for the project progress control. Thirdly,on the basis of the needs of project control, we raised the safeguard measures about theprocess of project implementation. Thus we established a complete set of project controlsystem and ensured the whole project carried out smoothly. Lastly, we provided theconclusion about project planning and controlling.
