Because of the late start of systematic research and industry application of project management in china,there is still a long way to go for the scientific application and comprehensive promotion of project management technology in various areas.In recent years,under the government's call of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",a large number of new start-ups have emerged throughout the country.And it shows explosive growth,fully stimulated the vitality of the market,to a certain extent,it has promoted the local employment rate.However,many start-ups are facing bankruptcy within a few years of survival.The reason is related to the imperfection of the company's operation and management mechanism.And the company's operation unit is the project,the importance of project management is self-evident.However,at this stage,the standardized project schedule management idea has not been given due attention and application in the R&D process of many small and micro enterprises.Even if some companies are aware of this need,maturity is still relatively lacking and needs to be improved.Especially for some more complex work contents,more scientific and standardized management process system is needed to restrain and govern.In this way,the smooth development of work content and the completion of work tasks on schedule can be guaranteed to the greatest extent.F company is a high-tech small and micro enterprise specializing in the design and production of medical equipment,ecological services of medical information.Its business content mainly involves medical,electronic,IT and other fields.It is one of the innovative start-ups of the "Internet of Things plus" mode in southern Jiangsu,and one of the pioneers of integration and innovation in the domestic medical industry.This paper chooses the R&D process of phase I project of health records management system of F company as the research object.Through describing the current situation of F company's project organization structure,planning mode,process system,etc.Analyze the problem points from the perspectives of management empowerment,scheduled plan,planning control,communication and coordination,demand change,schedule risk management,team training,etc.Drawing on the latest practice theory of project management at home and abroad,this paper introduces and applies current excellent project management tools.The optimization solutions are discussed from five aspects: project organization structure,project plan management,project process system,project schedule control management,project team efficiency.At the same time,under the guidance of PMBOK theory,this paper systematically introduces the practical application of network planning technology in the specific project,and plans a project schedule management system that meets the actual needs of F company.According to the optimized solution,the second phase of the health records project has been implemented.Through the implementation of the optimized solutions,great improvements have been made in project duration,project quality,team morale and customer satisfaction,the work efficiency of project promotion has been effectively improved,and the brand competitiveness,social influence and market profitability of the company's products have been greatly increased.It can also bring certain reference value and reference significance for the follow-up product development work.
