SG supply company is SG group company directly.It is responsible for the SG Group bulk purchasing of raw materials and fuel.Because the number of varieties of raw materials and fuel is great,the number of suppliers that we cooperation with is great,it requires a large number of economic contracts signed annually.According to the function of contracts,these contracts are divided into purchase contracts and sale contracts.According to time,the contracts are divided into the year contracts,quarterly contracts and monthly contracts.Each buyer of purchasing office of SG supply company need to formulate economic contracts in accordance with the contract management system.They reported the leadership of the company at all levels through OA system.The contracts develop a heavy workload,approval tedious and long work cycles.This study is mainly to optimize SG supply company contract management system,using the theory of project management to formulate project plans and progress control plans.It ensures the smooth implementation of the project.The main research contents of this paper include the following three aspects:(1)the analysis of SG supply company contract management system status and problems.Through the analysis of the supply contract management of SG company,it summarizes the existing problems in the contract management process,including the approval process is too cumbersome,professional staff workload,the statistical analysis method is not scientific and contract format is not unified.In order to solve these problems,the company need to build the contract management system.(2)the project plan of contract management system of SG supply company.First,according to the project target and scope,breakdown the project work structure;second,according to the project schedule,the project activity sequencing and project duration time,develop network project and the project milepost.Use network technology to determine the project critical path and to develop the project schedule.(3)the schedule control of project contract management system of SG supply company.Through the analysis and comparison of the actual and planned progress,get and analyze the deviation,use some measures to correct the deviation.Through the research of schedule and control of contract management system,use the methods and tools of project management to complete the construction contract management system of SG supply company within the time and to build SG supply company operating platform.Establish the project contract management system SG supply company communication mechanism,so as to accurately define the project user needs,define the project scope,project schedule control.Through the practice of the contract management system project,make familiar with project schedule and the project schedule control management.
