It is an important work to coordinate and control the project process in the project management, which significantly affects the cost, schedule and quality of the project. Schedule control, investment control and quality control are called the three major control of the project, ensuring the completion on schedule, the resources supply, and cost saving of the project. The uncertain factors in the purchase of equipment, the transfer of personnel and the venue construction schedule, will lead to the deviation between the plan implementation and actual progress and he deviation can eventually affect the completion of a project fatally. Therefore, it is necessary to study on control and management of the video conference project schedule.There exist many complex characteristics in the video conference of the construction project, e.g. the long-time cycle, involving many units and easily being influenced by the environment. Thus, there exist many factors affecting the progress of the project, containing human factors, resource factors, production technical factors, external conditions, production data and mechanical conditions etc. This paper studies the video conference project A of the company ZYJ and analyses the uncertain factors in the video conference project to find out the optimal scheme and complete the project on schedule.We through the WBS decomposition, study the factors influencing the plan and the actual progress through dynamical control in the whole progress on the basic theory of dynamic control and take measures to adjust the plan with analyzing the deviation between plan implementation and actual progress. Meanwhile, we develop the plan system, the implementation scheme system and progress control scheme system of the project on the overall analysis. Through the theory of information feedback, we can send messages of the actual schedule to the technical staff responsible for it. Thus, we can improve the efficiency of the project and complete project A of Company ZYJ with high quality through the overall layout and partial improvement.The result of the researches shows that we can significantly control the project schedule through the basic theory and the method of scientific project schedule management, making the overall balance between the whole and the part of the project, scientifically planning the schedule and breaking down all the plan and work with the technology of the network planning. We find out the effective measures of the construction of the video conference event to optimize the project management through analyzing the A project. The results can be also applied to the similar projects. In a word, for such a big project like project A, we should take the reality into consideration to study all the factors influencing the plan and adjust the actual progress respond to the changes of the plan.
