Research On UT Software Company CL Project Schedule Management

In software development project management,schedule management is one of the core issues of software development project management.In China's software enterprises,the phenomena of software development project delay,poor software quality,over budget and even software development project failure are very serious.The existing theories and practices of software project schedule management have been fully emphasized and applied in the software development projects of large and medium-sized software enterprises.With the rapid development of the software industry,the number of excellent small and medium-sized software enterprises has been increasing,the thirst for the theory of software project schedule management and the increasing demand of software enterprises for talents with the ability of schedule management are increasing.Therefore,it is of great significance to apply the theory of schedule management in software development projects of small and medium-sized software enterprises.The main research object of this paper is Baidu CarLife Locomotive End System Adaptation Development Project(CL project for short).It is a cross-platform vehicle network solution based on Baidu CarLife,which implements system adaptation and new application function development on the locomotive end QNX system.This paper combines the basic theory of project schedule management,aiming at the problems encountered in the actual implementation of CL project,studies how to optimize the schedule management of CL project,to solve the problem of upcoming delay,and to ensure that CL project can be delivered on time.Firstly,the basic theoretical knowledge of project management and project schedule management is briefly described,the theory and method of project schedule management are elaborated,the process of project planning and plan control is introduced,then UT software company and CL project are introduced,from project background,project overview to project objectives,etc.Furthermore,the phase of project schedule management is combined with the phase of project schedule management.Based on the theory and method,this paper combs the project schedule,straightens out the business sequence,identifies the key paths,integrates human resources and then formulates the project plan according to the actual development work of CL software development project.At the same time,according to the related theory of project schedule optimization,schedule optimization is carried out by adjusting human resource allocation and other means.Combining with the actual project plan and progress,the project plan management and progress control are carried out.Finally,according to the theoretical methods and realization ways of project management,the project progress guarantee measures are adopted to ensure the smooth implementation of the project according to the plan.Through the application of project schedule management theory in CL software development project,the problem of schedule delay in the project is solved,and the overall quality of the project is improved.Through the application of project schedule management theory in CL software development projects,accumulate the experience of project schedule management in such projects.
