Environmental Management is the future of enterprises to participate in global competition must be considered,is also responsible big companies will have to bear the social responsibility.With the social importance of environmental management,more and more enterprises have taken up the banner of environmental management.However,due to the relatively weak social infrastructure,B Company currently only in the environment system certification,promised not to purchase hazardous substances,the use of national green energy-saving products recommended to make a fuss.This is an industry leader with Company B's position is not to match,but also the environment from Company B business strategy requires a far cry from Company B so eager to explore by themselves,out of a sustainable environmental management of the road.LCA evaluation by the success of the pilot,B Refractories Company decided to conduct LCA database for the pilot project to promote the construction of the whole industry chain of environmental load reduction.This article aims to help the basic principles and methods of project schedule management,choose Refractories Company B LCA database project as a research object,the progress of the project management theory in a specific database development project to explore,hoping to find suitable LCA database project progress management methods.In this paper,the theory of the progress of the LCA project management database created to explore,to supervise and track the progress of implementation of the plan and in accordance with the actual progress of optimization,in order to develop a more reasonable fit LCA database development project schedule management solutions to help our LCA further development of the project schedule management database theory.Company B Refractories Although LCA database project successfully completed,but in the implementation process of the project,there are still some issues that need further improvement.As the LCA project Refractories Company B basic internal unit or compact units and improve the relative equipment,basic materials are complete and in the implementation process did not give much thought to the associated project progress and resource allocation.In addition,because there is no excessive accumulation of experience related to the project,set in the time still further optimization is possible,in future projects should focus more on the accumulation of data on similar projects,accurately set the project unit time as possible.
