A Research On Schedule Plan And Control Of Cost Earning Management System Project In BG Company

To meet the need of the larger and larger scale in the information system development and more and more people joining in this career,which results from the rapid development of info-tech,information system project managing has widely been introduced into large-scale companies.Thus,it is necessary to work out an effective way of managing information system project. It is known that the vital elements in managing information system project must be planning and controlling of the project. The present dissertation is an attempt of a systematic study on the approaches adopted in the process of controlling the plan of a information system project,which might offer a practical reference to enterprises.The idea of dynamic programming and network planning methods is carried out in this thesis.We have studied the information systems development project planning and control applications with the actual research data on Cost Earning Management System Project.In this paper,firstly,I introduce the background and basis,purpose and significance, content and framework of this paper.Secondly,based on the achievements made in the fields of project managing,software engineering and software project managing,managing of plan and controlling in the information system development project is dealt with in this dissertation,and especially the critical path method commonly used in planning,CPM,and network planning optimization method,followed by the use of earned value analysis of project analysis and research, and problem-oriented insights. Finally, based on the key factors that affect the progress of the project, made some of the ways to solve the problem.
