| In recent years, the public library's innovation awareness keeps increasing and the practice activities are constantly enriched obviously, because of the customer needs' promotion, the realization of social values, the application of academic research and the government policy support. The flipped innovation is a continuation and strengthening of the public library's innovation and development, which is also one of the best choices for the public library's sustainable development. In this paper, the new theory of library flipped innovation was proposed on the basis theory of user center, flipped classroom and subversion digital library, through the review of the research results on space design, resource development, development of librarians and reading services.7 typical case of five countries (United States, Australia, Thailand, Korea, China) were well analysized and studied by using the methods of case studies. At the same time, empirical research method was used to investigate the user acceptance of the space service function. Results show, the public library's internal space design should focus on the realization of the city's third space function; the external space should strengthen on the extension to the crowds gathering area such as similar institutions, business organizations, social communities, schools, transport hubs and etc.. Development of the library resources should expand private placement ways, innovation pavilion club business cooperation mode; librarians should improve the new technical abilities, subdivide roles and responsibilities, and flip the service images; ensure the sustainable development of reading activities, and realize the striding development of full digital reading. Research indicates that the flipped innovation of public libraries should notice the connection to business and customers, associate with users and multi-dimensional integrate external resources, as well as paying attention to the adaptability and uniqueness of innovation. |
