| On January 1,2018,the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Libraries" was officially promulgated and implemented.This marked that our country started to promote the development and expansion of the public library through legal aspects.In fact,since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the cause of public libraries in our country has been booming day by day.All kinds of public libraries at all levels have put service innovation in a particularly important position.Based on the theory of public administration in management,this article analyzes the main causes of these problems in the field of public library in our country due to the weak sense of service,the imperfect management system and the low level of service and quality,which is manifested in the concept of service Lacking of functions,imperfect system and policy making,weakness of human and material resources,and weakness in innovation and service,which have become obstacles to the further development of service innovation in public libraries.Taking the author's work unit,the National Library of China(hereinafter referred to as the National Library)as an example,this paper introduces the development status and service functions of the National Library in an all-round way.At the same time,with the outline of the National Library of China's "13th Five-Year Plan" Yearbook and other information,summed up the problems existing in the National Library of public services,put forward the National Library of future public service innovation proposals,that is,to establish a service model to meet the needs of users,innovative public digital reading methods,set up the country Font service brand.Finally,this paper focuses on the experience of innovation services in the United States and Japan by drawing on the experience of domestic and foreign public service innovation pathways,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the research on the service innovation path of public libraries in our country. |
