Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of The Development Of Public Reading Space Under The Integration Of Libraries And Bookstores In China

Since 2015,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council proposed clearly in Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of a Modern Public Cultural Service System,if we want to effectively promote the diversity of participants and service mode of public cultural services,we should be more stable scientifically to promote and apply the pattern: create good relations of cooperation between the government and social capital.Libraries and physical bookstores,as traditional public reading spaces,are important positions for the implementation and development of nationwide reading.Public libraries and bookstores seek cooperation to create a new type of public reading space,to expand the scope of services and benefit more people.Through the complementing,the two sides introduce each other's resources for system docking.This kind of libraries and bookstores' integration to participate in the application of public reading space is a typical product of multiple subjects participating in the construction of public cultural service system.Starting from the perspective of the integration of public libraries and physical bookstores,this paper takes the dynamic mechanism of the integration of libraries and bookstores as the research object by means of literature research,network investigation and cases comparison.After a comprehensive grasp of the development process and current situation of China's public reading space under the integration of public libraries and bookstores,the author analyzes the dynamic mechanism from four dynamic factors.Then analyzes several typical cases in China,and discusses how to optimize the two sides,so as to promote the sustainable development of public reading spaces.This paper studies the dynamic mechanism of public reading space in China under the integration of public libraries and bookstores from seven aspects:(1)This paper introduces the research background and puts forward the research significance,and then analyzes the domestic and foreign research on public reading space through literature.The author uses different research methods to open the train of thought and points out the innovation of this research.(2)This paper introduces the situation of public reading space in China under the integration of libraries and bookstores in different development stages so as to make a foundation for the study of its dynamic mechanism.(3)This paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism of the development of public reading space in China under the integration of public libraries and bookstores from the theoretical aspect.The theoretical analysis is divided into dynamic factors and dynamic systems,and the dynamic mechanism model of public reading space in China under the integration of public libraries and bookstores is constructed.The external driving factors are divided into government support factor and technological innovation driving factor.And the internal driving factors are analyzed from the two aspects of social demand and interest driving factors.After analyzing the dynamic structure formed by internal and external dynamic factors,the dynamic mechanism model is constructed in order to further study the dynamic mechanism in theory.(4)By studying the typical cases of the new public reading space,this paper selected the chengdu city' public reading space,library of Inner Mongolia' "Caiyun service" and hefei city'public reading spaces,combining the study of the theory of the dynamic mechanism,the concrete analysis in different cities of the dynamic factors of public reading spaces,analysis from practice pavilion integration to build the dynamic mechanism of public reading spaces effect.(5)This paper makes a concrete analysis of the problems in the development of public reading space in China under the integration of libraries and bookstores.The countermeasures are respectively the promotion of reading is not sufficient and unbalanced;government support is limited;libraries and bookstores' resources are insufficient;the system guarantee mechanism is not perfect;the supervision system and evaluation mechanism are not sound;the integration degree of the libraries and bookstores is low,and the service level is relatively shallow.(6)In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of public reading space in China.The author thinks that it is necessary to stimulate the needs of readers and promote the nationwide reading.Increase investment and ensure resource supply;strengthen system construction,clear division of power and responsibility;perfect the supervision system and optimize the evaluation mechanism;both sides are deeply integrated to generate sustained momentum.It is hoped that this study can provide valuable reference for the sustainable development of public reading space under the
