The increasing maturity of the securities market and the severe market competitionhelp the securitiescompanies' service migration agent channels transfergradually from business as the core to take the customer as the core.The securities company's role gradually from a purely trading agent for the customer agent evolution.Securities brokerage business competition has gradually changed into the quality of customer service,the diversity of services and the low cost of services,so customer service capabilities and marketing capabilities has become the core of the competition in the brokerage business.In order to improve the quality of customer service,efficiency,response to customer needstimely to win the competitive advantage of the increasingly popular idea,based on the customer management capabilities of customer-centric,personalized service ability for securities company's future business development has become more and more important.Through the realization of customer management module,customer analysis module,knowledge management module and system management module,the paper presents the whole system development adrenalizes the function of customer management,customer analysis,so as to implementeffectively the effective management of a securities company customer relationship.The main work of the paper includes:(1)Through the introduction of the definition of CRM system of securities companies,the development of customer relationship management system background and dynamic research at home and abroad are described to understand and analyze the status of securities companies in the customer relationship management and the existing problems.At the same time,the paper focuses on the analysis of the requirements of the securities company customer relationship management system and the possibility of realization.(2)To proceed with the securities company customer relationship management system of the relevant concepts and systems related to the development of technology with the idea of CRM system design notion.At the same time,the design and implementation of CRM system needs analysis are explained.(3)To combined with theoretical research of customer relationship management system and the demand of the system,the overall system architecture design,system function module design and database design in three aspects of system design,the paper introduces the system development environment and running environment,the development of the customer management module,customer analysis module,knowledge management module and system management module of the whole system to realize the function of customer management,customer analysis.So as to effectively implement the effective management of a securities company customer relationship.
