With the increasing maturity of the securities market and the severe competition in the market,it urges the securities company to transform from the role of trading agent channel providers with brokerage as its core business to the role of integrated service provider focused on customers. It gradually becomes the quality, diversity and low cost of the customer investment service in the securities brokerage business competition focus, so it's the customer service ability and marketing ability that become the core competition of the brokerage business.The concept of improving customer service quality and efficiency, in timely response to customer demand in all directions to win the competition advantage gradually wins the support among the people.It's personalized service ability with customers as the center based on customer management capability that plays a more and more important role to the future development of business of securities companies.This paper completed the development of the whole system through the realization of customer management module, analysis module, knowledge management module, product management module, service management module and system management module.It realized the function of customer management, customer analysis, so as to effectively realize the effective management of securities company's customer relationship. The main work of this paper includes:(1) This paper made a deep understanding and analysis of the present situation and the existing problems on customer relationship management of securities companies through the introduction of the related concept of securities company's customer relationship management system, the development of customer relationship management system background and the domestic and foreign research on dynamic described. At the same time, it focuses needs analysis the possibility of realization on the customer relationship management system for securities company.(2) Starting from the relevant development technology related to the concept of customer relationship management system of the securities company and the description of the system, it designs the design idea of customer relationship management system.Meanwhile, it makes needs analysis on the design and implementation of customer relationship management system.(3)First,it put forward the customer relationship management system's objectives and principles from the relevant theoretical research combined with the customer relationship management system and the system's needs analysis.Then,it complete the design of the system through the system function module design, database design and data interface design.Introduced the development environment,it realized the function of customer management and customer analysis through the development of the customer management module, customer analysis of the realization module, knowledge management module, product management module, service management module and system management module of the whole system, so as to effectively realize the effective management of securities company's customer relationship. Finally, it completed the system testing.
