With the rapid development of China's securities market,the amount of capital stock market scale and the user unprecedented rise,listing Corporation has reached three thousand,the user has reached 100 million,so the huge information management mode adopted by listing Corporation group and user scale needs,in order to be able to improve the securities company customer relationship management,information sharing,automation level,to improve the quality of customer service,customer share securities market,securities companies to ensure the economic benefits and market competitiveness.This thesis analyzes the research background of customer relationship management system of securities industry,expounds the system research significance,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,this thesis summarizes the main work and organizational structure.Secondly,this thesis introduces the design and implementation of the system technology,are B/S architecture,BP neural network,SNS technology,SSH framework technology,lay the foundation for the development of the system.Then,based on the securities company management,customer manager,customer detailed research and analysis,using UML case diagram derived system business logic function,which are five aspects of the individual display,exchange of experience,customer service,management and data mining,and from the system security,reliability,data the consistency of the analysis of the performance of the system.Then,this thesis designs the system architecture and the system hardware and software environment,and the use of structured flowchart technology to design every function flow system,the system database design using the E-R diagram and relationship table,to achieve high performance access and storage system.Finally,this thesis implements the key functions of the system using the JavaBean language,describes the core business process module of the system,and gives a mining algorithm of BP neural network of customer information,improves the operation accuracy,has an important role.After the securities industry customer relationship management system deployment and operation,can effectively improve the securities industry customer display,experience exchange function,and use data mining to analyze the customer information,improve the level and quality of customer service,increase customer share and share ownership rate,stock market,and further enhance the market competitiveness.
