With the continuous development of market economy in China, the number of financial securities company is always increased. The competition between different securities companies is also growing. In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, we must improve the management level of enterprise, improve the level of enterprise informatization. For securities company, the customer is very important for the company. The greater the number of customers and the higher the degree of customer satisfaction, the greater the economic benefits of the securities companies will be able to obtain. In order to improve the quality of the securities company, this paper design and implement a customer relationship management system for securities company. After using the system, securities company can better manage customer information, can provide better service for customers, can increase the number of enterprise customers. The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:First, this paper introduces the current status of the securities company customer relationship management, and analyzes the problems existing in the work. In order to understand the current status of customer relationship management system, this paper introduces the progress of the work at home and abroad, and makes a comparison. In addition, this paper also introduces the purpose and significance of the project. Secondly, this paper introduces the requirement analysis of the system, and introduces the system feasibility analysis. When introducing requirement analysis, the paper mainly introduces the functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system. Functional requirements include customer, service, sales, product and statistical analysis functions. Non functional requirements mainly include the accuracy requirements, response time requirements, safety requirements and interface requirements. Through the three aspects of technology, economy and operation are discussed, the customer relationship management system development of securities companies is feasible. The main users of the system include the system administrators, business managers, business personnel, customer service, and business managers. This paper describes the use case of these users. Third, this paper introduces the design and implementation of the system. The system uses B/S three layer structure, including user layer, business logic layer and data access layer. In the development of technology, the system uses ASP.NET technology and AJAX technology, and uses the current mainstream SQL Server 2005 as database. Finally, this paper introduces the process of system test. Through the method of black box testing shows that the system function is reasonable, can meet the needs of the customer relationship management of securities companies.In the whole system design and implementation process, this paper uses the object-oriented software development idea, using the E-R diagram, sequence diagram, flow chart to introduce the system design and implementation process. The system can manage customer and sales information management of securities companies, and provide customers with more targeted and more thoughtful service. This system not only can largely improve the efficiency in the securities company customer management work, but also can improve customer satisfaction with the company, and the system has very important practical significance.
