With the constant improvement of computer and network technology, theoperation model of each enterprise is being changed from traditional manual way toautomation way. In the fierce competition and expansion of the scale in securitiesmarket, the number of customers is increasing. How to effectively manage therelationships of the customers is the develop needs in the company. This project of the"CRM System for Securities Company" is based on highly development of computerand network technology. It is suitable for management of the securities company.The main purpose of the project is to survey the securities company, designingand implementing the CRM system for securities company. I participate in thedesigning of the system with four modules, they are Customer Visiting management、Questionnaire Survey management、Customer Requirement management and theSigning of the order management, the main contributions are as follows:(1) According to the investigation, analysis the work flow, needs of the CRMmanagement, the paper analyze the requirement of the system. Then gathering therequirement of the system of the functions and the performance in the system. Itprovides the foundation for the preliminary design and detailed design.(2) According to the functional requirement analysis of the CRM managementsystem, the preliminary design is done. According to the performance result of thesystem, it selects the related technology and introduces it. It ensures the the applicationeffect of the system.(3) According to the preliminary design of the system, the detailed design of theCRM management system is done. It includes the designing of the database and E-Rdiagrams of the four modules. Customer Visiting management includes the developinga plan of visiting、adjusting a plan of visiting、add a out-planing visiting、registeringvisiting and so on. Questionnaire Survey management includes my Questionnaire、en-trying questionnaire answers、querying the detailed answer、sophisticating the detailed answer and sophisticating the scores of the answer. Customer Requirementmanagement includes registration、modification、treatment and viewing requirement.The Signing of the order management implements the management of the order.(4) In the end, the system is implemented and the function and the performance ofthe system is tested. The results prove that the functions of the system has beenachieved the goal and meet the requirements.At present, this system has been used in the securities company, it improves theefficiency of the company greatly and has important practical significance.
