The developing market economy has intensifiedthe competition of financial field,which ultimately comes to customer scrambling.To securities company,the basis of customer relationship management is customer services and marketing.Taking GS,a securities company,as an example,this paper makes a research on its Customer Relationship Management System(CRM),which using cloud platform and BP neural network technology.This research onGS CRM system is carried out by analyzing the system requirement,system set up and implementation,which is from the software engineering perspective.While analyzing the system requirement,with the present GS CRM system,this research uses UML case diagram to analyze user's demand,also the system data flow,making a solid foundation for system functional and database design.In the system set up stage,this research uses B/S three-layer structure to design the overall structure.At the same time,it evaluates the investment preference model and system database design of the BP neural network.As to the system realization part,it makes a study on the Hadoop standard platform of GS CRM system,and how the cloud data warehouse is built.After collecting and managing customers' information from cross-system,it evaluates customer's investment preference and how to configure CRM functions.The study is focusing on three parts: how to build the CRM standard system platform on the cloud;how to use WebService collecting customer information from cross-platform;and how to create the customer investment preference evaluation model with the algorithm of BP neural network.Handoop cloud platform could provide computing resources for the storage management of customer information,also customer investment preference evaluation and analysis.The cross-platform information acquisition with WebService could integrate customer information as much as possible,providing analysis material for customer investment preference evaluation.With the evaluation of customer investment preference,it could provide great support for other departments to recommend financial products.
