Commercial Banks in the past has experienced a long period of time the product,service,supply period,the period of the financial market monopoly leads to its service consciousness weak,the total branch departments at all levels,alone on business,not to put the experience and the needs of customers first.With the increasingly competitive commercial Banks,and Internet financial shocks,commercial Banks gradually begin to pay close attention to customer management,customer relationship management system under the background of this arises at the historic moment.According to the research,the current domestic part of the system construction of commercial Banks are still very backward,or even to account for the center,while the construction of the similar data warehouse marts,but all kinds of business system data or separate storage,data scattered single,formed the multiple information island,the construction of customer relationship management(CRM)system can integrate the information island and establish contact,to achieve its data value,for the bank account management,customer segmentation,differential service,provide the basis for a precise marketing support.Customer relationship management(CRM)system were introduced in this paper mainly analyzes the selected topic background,purpose,significance and research status at home and abroad,analyzed the customer relationship management system development involves the related software development technology,analysis the feasibility of system development,the business process of customer relationship management(CRM)system to do the analysis,at the same time,the overall goal of the construction of the system are analyzed,the functional requirements and non-functional requirements,analyzed the structure of customer relationship management(CRM)system,the design principle,overall architecture,security design,exception handling,the database of the system has carried on the summary design and logical design,the customer relationship management system is realized by programming.This paper adopts B/S structure as the framework of customer relationship management(CRM)system,using the MVC three-tier architecture design pattern,used for the Oracle database software,using JAVAEE language for software development,through EXTJS realize front show,implement the customer relationship management information integration and show customers 360 degrees,including even the advanced query,retail clients advanced query,brought to the customer's view toward home page display,customer base class toward information display,customer business summary information display,contrary to customer financial information display,let public ownership information display,retail customers view the home page display,retail customer base class information display,retail customers business overview information,customer level change information display,customer ownership information display.Paper finally tested on the implementation of customer relationship management system work,including the test objectives and content,the writing of the test case,test of network,test software and hardware environment,according to the test results,further modify the program error,improve the function of system,according to the performance objectives for the performance test,improve the performance and stability of the system to use.The development of customer relationship management(CRM)system,the customer information can be fully integrated,realize the information fully Shared,benefit to decrease the workload of bank customer manager,improve the working efficiency of the bank management,save administrative costs,but also to query customer information,to understand customer's business and its various aspects of change,the accuracy and correctness of 360 degrees to ensure customer information,ensure to provide a more quick and thoughtful service,carry out the concept of "solution for the customer demand" in all of the link to the bank.
